Pozob is hiring a Senior P&O Advisor in Veldhoven to structure and strengthen its People and Organization function, advise management and the board, lead the P&O team, and develop HR and organizational policies. The role requires at least 8–10 years of P&O or HR Business Partner experience, knowledge of labor law and data-driven work, and availability for at least 32 hours per week. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €5,007–€6,397 based on 38 hours, an 8.33% annual bonus, and the possibility of hybrid work.
