Description
Ashland is recruiting a fully remote Global Packaging Engineer to serve as the global technical authority for packaging equipment, materials, and standards for specialty chemicals products. The role defines and harmonizes packaging standards, develops sustainable packaging solutions, leads regulatory and sustainability initiatives, manages suppliers and qualification processes, and contributes to capital projects and packaging-line testing. It requires an engineering or equivalent qualification, at least 10 years of industrial packaging experience, specialty chemicals experience, knowledge of packaging regulations and validation, and fluency in English, with approximately 30% international travel expected.
