Kevin's Natural Foods is hiring a Senior Packaging Engineer to lead packaging strategy, innovation, qualification, validation, commercialization, sustainability, compliance, and supplier partnerships across refrigerated and frozen food products. The role owns packaging roadmaps and technical standards, leads cross-functional projects from concept through plant trials and commercialization, develops test plans and capability studies, and supports automation, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
