Conagra Brands is hiring a Packaging Solutions Engineer to lead the development and commercialization of packaging solutions across supply chain, research and development, and manufacturing continuity projects. The role independently manages complex technical projects, plans and analyzes plant, pilot-plant, and laboratory trials, develops packaging specifications, troubleshoots manufacturing issues, and presents results to leadership. It is an onsite Chicago position with travel to Conagra manufacturing plants, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of packaging-industry experience, and offers an annual salary of $82,000-$120,000 plus benefits.
