Description
Flora Food Group is hiring a Senior Packaging Engineer to define and deploy global packaging equipment, filling, and packing technology strategy. The role leads technical standards, URS documents, innovation scouting, sustainability requirements, and selected Capex projects from feasibility through commissioning, while supporting manufacturing troubleshooting, capacity improvements, and OEE optimization. It requires a relevant engineering degree, at least 10 years of packaging engineering experience, strong Capex project management experience, and regular travel.
