KDC is hiring a full-time, onsite Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Groveport, Ohio. The role leads continuous improvement, capital equipment projects, equipment and process qualification, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, reliability, throughput, and quality initiatives across filing and packaging operations. It also involves mentoring engineers, supporting training, and providing technical expertise during line trials and customer interactions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, at least seven years of production or manufacturing experience, and strong expertise with high-speed filling and packaging equipment, capital project management, and FDA cGMP and OSHA requirements.
