Description
Astera Labs is hiring a Senior Packaging Integration Lead to serve as the single-threaded packaging owner for one or more advanced connectivity products. The role owns packaging from customer requirements and architecture definition through development, qualification, and production ramp; defines package architecture and test-vehicle strategies; translates customer and system requirements into specifications; and leads cross-functional and external OSAT, foundry, substrate, and material partners. The position requires advanced-packaging experience, end-to-end packaging ownership, customer-facing requirements translation, and strong technical leadership without direct authority.
