Stanley 1913 is hiring a Senior Packaging Structural Engineer for its Packaging Engineering team in Seattle, Washington, in a hybrid full-time role. The position leads the design and implementation of structural packaging solutions aligned with sustainability, brand standards, customer experience, cost, and manufacturability, while mentoring other engineers and partnering cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, product, and operations teams. The role requires 6+ years of packaging engineering experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with ArtiosCAD/Artios, Adobe Creative Suite, and related packaging and CAD tools.
