Homebound is hiring a Senior Paralegal to support its in-house legal team across residential construction, homebuilding, land development, and related operations. The role covers contract and title review, licensing, builders-risk insurance, warranty claims, sales and homeowner negotiations, pre-litigation and litigation support, land-acquisition contracts, and cross-functional business partnering. The position requires 10–15 years of paralegal experience, ideally in real estate, construction, or homebuilding, with in-house experience preferred, and requires a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate. The role is based in Dallas, Texas.
