Pathward is hiring a Senior Paralegal to support commercial and consumer lending, payments, and Banking-as-a-Service initiatives through legal operations, contract management, loan closing review, regulatory and compliance support, litigation and bankruptcy assistance, and legal technology enablement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of related experience, and prefers a bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, and experience in regulated financial services, litigation, bankruptcy, and subpoena management. It is a hybrid, remote-office position with an hourly salary range of $28.80 to $48.35 and eligibility for health insurance and other benefits.
