Description
The Senior Paralegal – Real Estate supports real estate lawyers by coordinating title and survey work, due diligence, mortgage and mezzanine loan closings, UCC filings, document assembly, custodial deliveries, and post-closing protocols. The role requires at least six years of relevant professional experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, direct diligence experience, and the ability to meet a minimum of 1,650 annual billable hours. It is a billable position reporting to the Director of Practice Support and working primarily Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed. The New York base salary range is $143,330 to $179,670 per year, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
