monday.com is hiring a Senior Partner Development Manager to lead its Australia and New Zealand partner ecosystem. The role owns named-channel and alliance partnerships, develops joint business plans and tier-pathway enablement, drives partner go-to-market execution, manages senior-level relationships, and tracks partner performance. It requires 10+ years of channel, alliances, or partner development experience in AI, SaaS, or technology, along with a proven ANZ partner-ecosystem track record, commercial acumen, stakeholder-management ability, and CRM or partner-management-tool experience.
