Description
Everpure is hiring a Senior Partner Program Governance Manager to own the governance framework, compliance standards, policy documentation, exception management, launch-readiness processes, and operating cadence for its Global Partner Program Center of Excellence. The role coordinates with program leads and cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Finance, Channel Ops, and Sales, while maintaining auditable processes and reporting governance health. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience in channel programs, partner operations, or compliance within a technology company, along with strong process, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills. The annual base salary range is $182,000–$273,000 USD, with possible incentive pay and/or equity.
