MongoDB is hiring a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements with independent software vendors and strategic technology partners. The role covers partner discovery, architecture reviews, technical validation, solution assurance, reference architecture design, design wins, go-to-market enablement, workshops, and the creation of reusable partner assets. It requires 8+ years of software architecture or related experience, 5+ years in technical pre-sales, partner engineering, enterprise architecture, or customer-facing technical leadership, and experience with ISVs, SaaS, AI/agent applications, or customer-managed deployments. The position is based in Mexico City with a hybrid working model.
