ProRata is hiring a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to own the technical onboarding, configuration, issue triage, and post-launch support for partners using its AI-powered Gist Answers platform. The role covers content ingestion, widget configuration, prompt tuning, QA, launch coordination, partner communication, configuration optimization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations. Candidates should be technically fluent with APIs, embed code, and generative AI, organized, able to work autonomously, and partner-oriented; experience with B2B SaaS, CMS platforms, content pipelines, or AI products is preferred.
