Description
The Senior Partner Success Implementation Engineer is a senior technical expert responsible for partner readiness, complex implementation projects, integrations, configuration, deployment architecture, and ongoing platform adoption. The role leads escalated troubleshooting, advises Partner Success Managers and TAMs, mentors junior engineers, creates technical playbooks, and represents partner needs in product and strategic forums. It requires 5–7 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or a related customer-facing technical role, along with strong troubleshooting, communication, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills; up to 20% regional travel may be required.
