Varda is hiring a Senior Payload Systems Integration and Test Engineer to own end-to-end mission success for in-house and hosted customer payloads. The role covers requirements and interface development, integration and test planning, troubleshooting, flight operations support, payload recovery, and technical mentorship. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of spacecraft or complex electro-mechanical hardware integration and test experience, and the ability to work hands-on in a cleanroom. The position is on-site in El Segundo, California, with a base salary of $140,333 to $179,314 per year and additional equity and benefits.
