Deloitte is hiring a Senior Payroll Advisor in Zaventem for its Global Employer Services team. The role manages and delivers monthly payroll services for international clients, oversees payroll quality and SLAs, resolves client and employee inquiries, ensures compliance with Belgian social, tax, and labor legislation, improves payroll processes, advises clients on HR and payroll matters, manages client relationships, and coaches the payroll delivery team. The position requires 3–8 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a multi-country employment context, along with a master’s degree or relevant experience, commercial and project management skills, and fluency in Dutch or French and English. The role offers a hybrid workplace and part-time employment under an 80% or 90% regime.
