Archer is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to perform complex administrative and accounting duties, prepare payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees in a multi-state and global environment, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. The analyst will process semi-monthly US payroll for over 1000 employees, create reconciliation reports, assist with compliance matters, recommend process enhancements, provide payroll reports, and maintain records.
