Coca-Cola FEMSA (KOF) is hiring a payroll professional to act strategically in payroll management, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of payroll operations and related obligations. The role leads continuous improvement, automation, controls, audits, and system integration initiatives, and supports full payroll processing for monthly payroll, vacation pay, 13th salary, terminations, and social charges while coordinating with IT, Legal, Tax, Finance, and Internal Audit.
