Description
Intuitive is hiring a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely processing, and strong controls. The role partners with HR, Finance, Tax, Benefits, Accounting, Mobility, and external payroll providers; validates payroll transactions; prepares accounting entries and reconciliations; supports audits and statutory filings; resolves employee payroll questions; conducts root-cause analysis; and drives process improvement and documentation. The position requires at least five years of payroll experience in a multinational environment, advanced knowledge of German payroll, and fluency in English and German, with French and accounting knowledge preferred. It is a hybrid role.
