Pacífica Continental is hiring a Senior Payroll Analyst for CABA with a hybrid work arrangement. The role handles monthly payroll changes, employee file updates, salary and wage deposits, tax and garnishment calculations, pay slips, prepaid health insurance payments, Form 931 preparation, accounting entries, employee registration, reporting, contracts, and administrative support. Candidates need a degree in a relevant field, at least five years of end-to-end payroll experience with workforces of at least 500 people, payroll calculation expertise, knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements, advanced Office suite skills including Excel, and strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
