Mozilla is hiring a Senior Payroll Analyst to lead North America payroll operations for approximately 800 U.S. and Canadian employees. The role manages semi-monthly payroll processing, federal, state/provincial, and local tax compliance, payroll issue resolution, benefit deductions, year-end tax filings and audits, and process improvements. The position also mentors a Payroll Administrator and requires a business, accounting, or finance degree plus 7+ years of payroll processing experience, with ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
