Senior Payroll Associate at Bain Capital

Bain Capital is hiring a Payroll Specialist in Boston to process bi-weekly payrolls for more than 1,000 United States employees, manage ADP payroll issues, prepare off-cycle payments, record and reconcile general ledger and payroll journal entries in Workday, maintain 401(k) elections, reconcile bank statements, and support payroll audits and HR and Finance projects. The role requires 2–5 years of payroll experience, ADP and Workday experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting. The expected annual base salary is $90,000–$100,000, with possible discretionary annual bonus eligibility.
