Magellan is seeking a Payroll Consultant to provide consulting and operational support for payroll and personnel administration. The role audits payroll processes, identifies compliance risks, supports payroll production and HRIS implementation, develops procedures, trains client HR and payroll teams, and monitors social, regulatory, and collective-agreement matters. Candidates need strong French payroll expertise, knowledge of employment law and reporting obligations, experience with sick leave, IJSS, provident insurance, salary continuation, and absences, and proficiency with payroll tools and Excel. The role requires 5–8 years of payroll experience, ideally in a consulting, accounting, or multi-case environment, with client support and payroll transformation experience preferred.
