Description

Capital Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to lead and oversee payroll and payroll tax operations for the U.S. and Canada. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of payrolls, leveraging advanced knowledge of payroll processes and taxation, particularly in cross-border and cross-jurisdictional scenarios. This manager will collaborate with various internal stakeholders like HR, Benefits, and Finance to maintain accurate payroll inputs and tax treatments. Responsibilities also include owning the completion of all payroll activities, such as reporting, compliance, tax filings, and reconciliations, while building and leading a high-effective team.
