Keeley Companies is hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist for its Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. The role manages and processes weekly certified payroll, supports collective bargaining reporting, handles internal and external payroll audits, maintains employee and union records, prepares termination checks, reconciles deductions, and prepares payroll reports for management, unions, and government agencies. The position requires at least seven years of direct payroll experience, including multi-state and multi-union construction payroll, multi-state tax knowledge, CMIC payroll experience, and familiarity with certified payroll reporting systems.
