Description
Banner Engineering is hiring a Senior PCBA Process Engineer to lead technical operations across its printed circuit board assembly process in the Brooklyn Park, Minnesota facility. The role serves as the senior technical authority for SMT, chip-on-board, through-hole assembly, soldering, depaneling, inspection, testing, and related systems; leads complex manufacturing and materials problems, new-product introductions, technology roadmaps, capital projects, continuous improvement, and process-engineer development; and reports to the Director of Engineering. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field and at least 10 years of PCBA manufacturing and SMT process engineering experience, with no direct supervisory responsibilities. The base pay range is $120,055 to $156,559, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
