Description
The Semiconductor PECVD Process Engineer will own and optimize PECVD processes for GaAs and InP device manufacturing, troubleshoot equipment and process deviations, improve yield and film quality, and lead automation, root-cause analysis, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field and at least five years of semiconductor PECVD or thin-film process engineering experience, with on-site cleanroom work and off-hours support as needed.
