AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc. is hiring a Senior Pega Developer to evaluate, design, integrate, and support complex Pega applications and enterprise systems. The role partners with architects, business and technology groups, leads tactical architecture design, evaluates vendor software, supports capacity planning and application monitoring, and guides developers in secure coding and application design. Candidates need at least eight years of Pega development experience, experience with complex software systems, an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, and strong analytical, project-management, and systems-engineering skills. The position offers a starting salary of $130,000 to $150,000 plus incentive and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and hybrid work options.
