Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Several years of experience (approx. 4–5 years) in People / HR / People Operations
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in independently preparing and coordinating payroll processes (e.g., via Personio Payroll)
solid understanding of employment law fundamentals
Experience in a fast-paced, changing environment with high ownership and pragmatism
Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust while interacting confidently and professionally with a variety of stakeholders
The ability to break down complex matters and processes into the essentials and communicate clearly, understandably, and in a motivating way
A structured, proactive working style with a high level of ownership and a commitment to bringing things to a successful, efficient conclusion
Interest in diving into operational company processes in addition to People topics, and working closely with the Operations Team
Initial experience or a strong affinity for operational or cross-functional process and project work is a plus, but not required
