Commure is hiring a Senior People Business Partner to support Engineering, Product, and Design. The role partners with leaders on organizational design, talent planning, team effectiveness, performance, compensation and equity, retention, employee relations, and organizational health; coaches managers; uses people data to identify risks and opportunities; and builds scalable processes. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in Mountain View, California, and requires at least seven years of progressive experience, including three years in a similar role, along with experience in a high-growth startup environment and familiarity with HR tools, automation, and AI.
