Meltwater is hiring a Senior People Business Partner to support its EMEA People Business Partner organization, with a primary focus on the UK, Nordic, and Benelux regions. The role owns regional people strategy, collaborates with sales leadership, supports compensation and performance cycles, employee relations, talent and succession programmes, compliance, and localisation of global people initiatives. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4–6 years of HR experience, HRIS and Workday experience, strong English and Swedish communication skills, and a hybrid schedule requiring two days in the office in London.
