Meltwater is hiring a Senior People Business Partner to support GTM Sales leaders across the Nordic, Benelux, and UK regions. The role owns regional people strategy, employee relations, performance and compensation administration, talent and succession planning, manager coaching, compliance, and localization of global people programs. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4–6 years of HR experience, HRIS and Workday experience, strong English communication, and a hybrid schedule requiring two days in the office in Stockholm.
