myTomorrows is hiring a Senior People Business Partner to advise senior leaders and the Leadership Team on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, performance, engagement, talent development, employee relations, and people programs. The role partners with Talent Acquisition and People Operations, uses people data to improve organizational performance, and supports international teams. Candidates must live within commuting distance of the Amsterdam office, have at least six years of HR Business Partner or People Business Partner experience in a fast-growing international organization, and demonstrate expertise in complex employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
