ICEYE is hiring a Senior People Generalist in Lisbon, Portugal, to serve as the primary owner of local people operations, employee experience, payroll data and compliance, employee relations, talent attraction, and global HR framework tailoring. The role is permanent and full-time with a hybrid, office-first workplace and requires at least eight years of progressive HR experience covering talent acquisition and business partner work, strong Portuguese labour-law knowledge, HRIS and ATS proficiency, and bilingual Portuguese and English communication.
