Hatch is hiring a senior people leadership role focused on building and developing product management teams while leading AI product strategy, roadmap execution, cross-functional delivery, and revenue-generating product decisions. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Revenue, and Go-to-Market teams, balances monetization with customer experience, and drives innovation in agentic tooling. It is based hybrid out of the New York City office, with three days per week in the office, and offers a compensation range of $237,500 to $388,000 plus potential bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
