Ringover is hiring a Senior People Ops Manager to own the HR operational foundation, including the employee lifecycle, payroll, compliance, HR systems, reporting, and process improvement. The role manages a team of three, designs international procedure playbooks, oversees HR service-provider relationships, and optimizes workload and team performance. Candidates need 6–8 years of HR Operations, People Operations, or Payroll experience, at least 1–2 years of management experience, strong knowledge of French labor law and payroll, and proficiency in French and professional English.
