Distribusion is hiring a Senior People Partner to join its People team and support Engineering and Product functions. The role partners with the VP of People, develops people-related solutions, coaches management teams, contributes to People strategy, and supports talent retention and growth. It is based in Berlin with a hybrid, remote-friendly arrangement and requires extensive People Business Partner experience in Germany or Europe, high-growth-function experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, HRIS and KPI knowledge, project-management experience, and fluency in English.
