Five9 is hiring a Senior People Partner to partner with senior leaders and business units on talent strategy, organizational design, change management, compensation, performance, employee relations, and engagement. The role requires at least eight years of progressive People Partner, HR Business Partner, or related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and a hybrid schedule with three office days per week in San Ramon. The US base salary range is $82,300 to $229,500, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
