Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience in an HR/People Business Partner role
Experience working with senior leaders in creative, media, or fast-paced environments
Strong business judgment and the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels
Experience with organizational design, talent planning, and leadership development
Experience contributing to the design and delivering programs across areas such as inclusion, culture, talent development, talent acquisition, and total rewards
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on approach — comfortable moving between strategy and execution
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Experience working across international teams is a plus
HR certification (e.g., PHR)
