The role focuses on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, leadership coaching, scalable people programs, and AI-enabled change management. It requires at least eight years of progressive experience supporting technical organizations, strong business acumen, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position is remote-first, with work from anywhere in the United States and a preference for candidates in New York City, Boston, Denver, or Washington, D.C.
