Roadie is hiring a Senior People Partner to serve as a strategic employee relations and people operations partner to managers and leaders across the company. The role owns employee relations, investigations, performance management, talent development, job architecture, compliance, engagement, culture, onboarding, benefits administration, and related people operations work. It requires at least seven years of progressive HR experience, including time as an HR or People Partner in a fast-growing technology or startup/scaleup environment, along with strong communication, coaching, judgment, and discretion.
