The Senior PeopleSoft Developer provides senior technical leadership for PeopleSoft Financials and HR application development, upgrades, implementations, production support, troubleshooting, documentation, and project management. The role mentors PeopleSoft development staff, coordinates workflows, supports customer service challenges, and leads cross-functional project teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five years of PeopleSoft development experience, along with extensive PeopleTools, PeopleSoft modules, SQL Server, integration, testing, and Microsoft environment knowledge.
