iSpeedToLead is hiring a senior, hands-on acquisition leader to grow its Cash Offer brand and attract US homeowners. The role owns paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, and potentially X and ChatGPT Ads, including channel and budget allocation, creative and landing-page testing, CRM and downstream outcome tracking, attribution, and reporting. Candidates need proven Google and Meta ownership, US lead-generation experience, evidence of improving lead quality and commercial economics, and experience improving conversion flows with designers and developers. The position requires fast learning, independent execution, comfort with AI and automation, and clear professional English.
