Description
Apple Services Engineering is hiring a Full Stack Performance Engineer to lead the end-user perceived performance of Media products such as Apple Music and Apple TV. The role involves defining performance metrics, architecting performant features, identifying optimization opportunities, establishing quality guardrails, and collaborating with engineers across Apple to achieve performance goals. The position requires at least two years of experience as a Tech Lead or Architect driving cross-organizational performance programs, seven or more years of experience optimizing CPU, memory, and latency, seven or more years of experience with operating-system and application performance best practices, seven or more years of experience with profiling and performance-analysis tools, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
