Crusoe is hiring a Senior Performance Engineer to perform hands-on system performance benchmarking, Linux kernel optimization, data-plane tuning, and high-performance infrastructure development using Go, C, C++, or Rust. The role requires deep Linux kernel expertise, systems performance experience, and collaboration with software infrastructure, product, and other engineering teams. It is a full-time position with compensation of up to $170,000-$205,000 plus bonus and restricted stock units, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on Rust development
