Description
The QA Load Engineer designs and executes global load tests, models production-like traffic, identifies and fixes performance bottlenecks, supports capacity planning and production readiness, and translates technical metrics into business impact. The role builds and tunes load-testing infrastructure and automation tooling in Golang, integrates performance tests into CI/CD, monitors systems with observability tools, and collaborates with SRE, DevOps, backend, and product teams on high-load, geo-distributed services.
