NVIDIA is hiring a Performance Engineer to analyze and validate hardware and software performance across Enterprise, AI, LLM, and professional visualization applications. The role involves benchmarking, debugging pre-production and consumer hardware, developing Python automation, improving benchmarking workflows, and producing reports for marketing, architecture, and engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of technical or business marketing experience, knowledge of enterprise workstation and AI benchmarking, 3D application performance testing, hardware troubleshooting, and Python programming. The base salary is 136,000–212,750 USD for Level 3 and 168,000–270,250 USD for Level 4, with equity and benefits.
