Ping Identity is hiring a Senior Performance Engineer to independently plan and execute performance testing and reliability work for large-scale identity services in cloud-native environments. The role covers load, scalability, endurance, stress, reliability, regression, baseline, and benchmark testing; root-cause analysis; Java profiling and stack tuning; capacity planning; performance-test automation; and technical leadership across product engineering, cloud/SRE, and customer-facing teams. Candidates need substantial Java and performance-engineering experience, cloud and Kubernetes expertise, and the ability to work independently in distributed global teams.
